VISDOM+

CobbleStone has taken our powerful artificial intelligence (AI) backed by machine learning, to the next level with generative AI and other helpful functionality by harnessing OpenAI to bring our clients VISDOM+. This integration will enhance Risk & Language Analysis when adding a new record using VISDOM+ and the ability to generate clauses, ask about applicable laws and compliance regulations and more using our new VISDOM Chatbot.

When licensed, all users within the system will have access to VISDOM+. There are new permissions available if System Administrators wish to limit who has access to VISDOM+. Assigning the Visdom+ Prevent ChatBot permission will prevent the user from accessing VISDOM+ while using the VISDOM Assist chatbot and assigning the Visdom+: Prevent Add Record permission will prevent the user from accessing the enhanced VISDOM+ Add screens and functionality (they will still have access to the existing VISDOM Basic Add Screen).

VISDOM+ can be toggled from your profile menu. When VISDOM+ is on, the Add and Edit screens will utilize VISDOM+, as will the chatbot. If it is toggled off, those features will use VISDOM Basic.
