Update 22.4.0 - Module: Vendor/Client Collaboration Gateway

Optional Add-On Module used to extend the functionality and collaboration scope of Contract Insight by providing a dedicated gateway portal for your vendors, suppliers, providers, clients, customers, respondents, etc. to view and interact with the contracts, solicitations, etc. you have with them.

NEW FEATURE: Gateway Standardizations with Core System

The following improvements were made to bring the Vendor/Client Gateway experience more in line with the Core System:

When editing fields on the VCG and Core users were being redirected back to the record causing a full refresh. We have modified field editing so after a user saves edits instead of refreshing the page it just reloads the data. The user will remain in the same spot on the page that they had previously been.

The reset password function on the Gateway has been reviewed and improved.

The Global Font from the core system has been applied to the Gateway in order to provide a similar look and feel.

Application Theme and Wrapping fixes applied to core were also applied to the Gateway

Users will have a more unified look and feel between the Core Contract Insight system and the Vendor/Client Gateway

NEW FEATURE: Conditional Field on the Vendor/Client Gateway

Conditional Fields configured in the Core System can be used in the same manor on the Vendor/Client Gateway.

This continues the attempt to bring parity of functionality between Core and the Gateway.

RESOLUTION:  Request Details on VCG not taking effect until refresh

When updating a Request record in the VCG users were not seeing the updates until they manually refreshed the record. This has been resolved as part of the first feature item for this section.

RESOLUTION:  Gateway Survey Response Showing ellipses After 45 Characters

When answering a Survey on the Gateway users were not seeing the drop down fully when responding. We have extended the drop down and added additional lines into view when answering a drop down question type.

RESOLUTION:  Contact Gateway ID Matching Employee ID in Core In History Log

When attaching files on the gateway and viewing the history on the core system, it was returning the wrong contact for the logged event. This has been adjusted so the proper contact is logged when attaching a file to a record in the gateway.

RESOLUTION:  Header does not take background color into account

When Header Font and Header Background are both set to White in Application Theme/Style. Vendor Client Gateway will now automatically swap the Font Color to Black. Also When Header Font and Header Back Ground are both set to Black in Application Theme/Style. Vendor Client Gateway will automatically swap the Header Font to White for visibility in VCG.
