NEW FEATURES
NEW FEATURE: Docusign Custom Fields
Reference #: 241230.360.7441
We have added the ability to configure Envelope Custom Fields.
The following description of Envelope Custom Fields was taken from DocuSign’s support pages and can be found here https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=qor1583277385137.html&_LANG=enus
Envelope custom fields are used to classify, record, and track information about envelopes sent for signature. The sender enters field values when preparing an envelope. Envelope custom fields and their values are not shown to recipients during signing. However, the fields and their values can be seen in the Certificate of Completion by all with access to it. Certificate of Completion access can be disabled for your account. Contact Docusign Support for more information.
CobbleStone’s implementation of Envelope Custom Fields (ECF) provides a way for administrators to specify custom fields for envelopes originating from Contract Insight. Administrators can configure the ECF fields that will be added to an envelope at the object level (Contract, Request, Vendor, Employee, Purchase Order, eSourcing) Each of the six primary objects may contain a different set of custom fields where each custom field is mapped to a Contract Insight field on the associated record.
These fields can be configured in the Docusign Area of External E-Sign setup. You can find Custom Fields through the side menu.
Once the fields are configured and an envelope is sent, the custom fields will be visible in Docusign. Once the envelope is completed, the custom fields will show on the Completion Certificate.
How will this affect users?
Users will have more control over the metadata used in their DocuSign envelopes.

RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION: DocuSign Status stuck on "Created"
Reference #: 241230.1203.6631
When starting a Docusign process through Cobblestone and finishing the process at a later time through Docusign, the status of the envelope will now update within Cobblestone as well.
RESOLUTION: Adobe Acrobat Sign "Active Participants Info"
Reference #: 241230.1092.7472
During the Adobe Acrobat Sign process, the “Active Participants Info” box on the signing dashboard was not displaying the names of the signers added to the process. Also, email addresses added to the CC field were not receiving copies of the emails that were being sent from Adobe Acrobat Sign. This has been resolved so that the participants are showing on the signing dashboard and emails in the CC field are receiving copies of the original and follow-up emails from Adobe Acrobat Sign for that specific signing process.
