Enhancements:
- Expanded Collaboration Restriction Permission Enhancing Control Over Collaborative Online Editor Activities – Renamed the "Prohibit Tracked Changes Management" permission to "Prevent Collaboration" and broadened its scope so users assigned this permission can no longer manage tracked changes, invite collaborators, or adjust collaboration settings.
- Manage Files Pop-Up Now Closes Automatically After Saving – Updated the Manage Files pop-up to close automatically after selecting Save and Continue, returning users directly to the attachments list with changes already reflected.
Resolutions:
- Resolved an error that occurred when attempting to remove password protection from documents within the Collaborative Online Editor.
- Corrected linked fields set to allow multiple selections that did not prompt users to choose which field to use when adding them to document templates.
- Prevented contract fields from being automatically populated via AI/OCR extraction when the extraction setting was disabled.
- Corrected an issue where uploading a file on a tab displaying both the Files/Attachments area and record details could make existing field data appear to disappear until the page was refreshed.
- Resolved invisible conditional fields appearing on records when their associated condition was triggered.
- Fixed document templates containing mergeable clauses referenced in multiple places that failed to merge under certain formatting conditions.
- Corrected selected rows in certain configuration and workflow grids that temporarily disappeared from view after being selected.
- Restored footer content that appeared blank or missing when editing merged documents in the legacy document editor.
- Fixed apostrophes in dropdown field values that were not displaying correctly and in some cases caused errors in workflow conditions.
- Prevented deleted images from continuing to appear as selectable options in image selection dropdowns.
- Corrected special characters being dropped from field display names when fields were created or updated.
- Resolved cascading dropdown fields appearing empty after cancelling an edit until the page was reloaded.

Enhancements:
- Notify Company Contacts at the Start and End of Signature and Approval Processes – Added the ability to include company contacts as notification recipients at the start and end of signature and approval processes, with new controls added to the setup pages for both process types.
- Mergeable Values Available in Document Template File Names – Added an option to include merge field values in the file names of attachments generated through Document Templates, with a default name used automatically when no value is available.
Resolutions:
- Resolved an issue where some users were unable to select a signer type when starting an e-signature process.
- Prevented signature expiration reminder emails from being sent for mass signing jobs that had already been completed.

Vendor/Client Collaboration Gateway

Resolutions:
- Corrected contact fields including Vendor Name, Contact Name, Contact Email, and Contact Phone that were not automatically populating with the logged-in user's information when creating a new Vendor/Client Gateway request.
- Fixed files uploaded through the Vendor/Client Gateway that were displaying a dash instead of correctly identifying their source.
- Resolved inconsistent field behavior on Vendor/Client Gateway request forms, including dropdown fields requiring an extra click after keyboard navigation and fields not consistently displaying available information on page load.
- Fixed password reset email links that were redirecting users to the login page instead of the password reset page.
