Resolution: Contact Fields Not Auto-Populating on New Vendor/Client Gateway Requests

When creating a new request through the Vendor/Client Gateway, the Vendor Name, Contact Name, Contact Email, and Contact Phone fields were not automatically filling in with the logged-in user's information. This issue has been resolved, and these fields will now populate automatically as expected.


Resolution: Files Uploaded Through the Vendor/Client Gateway Showing Incorrect "Entered By" Information

Files uploaded through the Vendor/Client Gateway were displaying a dash on the Core Files/Attachments grid instead of identifying that they came from the Gateway. This issue has been resolved, and uploaded files will now correctly show their source.


Resolution: Inconsistent Field Behavior on Vendor/Client Gateway Request Forms

Some fields on Vendor/Client Gateway request forms did not behave consistently, including dropdown fields that required an extra click after using the keyboard to navigate and fields that didn't always display available information when the page loaded. These issues have been resolved, improving keyboard navigation and ensuring information displays consistently throughout the request process.


Resolution: Password Reset Emails Not Directing Users to the Password Reset Page

Clicking a password reset link from an email redirected users to the login page instead of allowing them to set a new password. This issue has been resolved, and users can now successfully reset their password regardless of whether the reset was initiated through the Gateway or by an administrator.
