Enhancement: Expanded Collaboration Restriction Permission Enhancing Control Over Collaboration Online Editor Activities

The permission previously named "Prohibit Tracked Changes Management" has been renamed to "Prevent Collaboration" and expanded to give administrators broader control over use of the Collaborative Online Editor. Users assigned this permission can still view and edit documents with their changes tracked as normal, but they will no longer be able to manage tracked changes, invite collaborators, or adjust collaboration settings. These restrictions apply automatically when a collaboration is created or when a user is added to one.
Enhancement: Manage Files Pop-Up Now Closes Automatically After Saving

The Manage Files pop-up previously required users to manually close it after saving changes to an attachment. It will now close automatically after selecting Save and Continue, returning users directly to the attachments list with their updates already reflected.
