Onsite Backup Manager Actions

As the application runs the following folders will appear and be populated within the directory:

Below are the three folders that are created and maintained by the application as well as a brief description of what they contain:

• The “_AuditLogs” folder
  • This folder will contain text files storing the audit logging of each time the application runs. These text files will contain the detailed audit information of each run of the application. 
• The “_SyncLogs” folder
  • This folder will contain sub folders and text files containing the audit log components for each individual area that is being pulled down from your CobbleStone System.
• The “SyncData” folder
  • This folder will contain the following items:
    • XML, XLSX or XLS files containing the metadata of the areas being pulled down from your CobbleStone System
    • Sub Folders containing the actual/physical files that were uploaded to your CobbleStone System in their native format (grouped into sub-folders, each named as the Contract ID they came from).
