Note: Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

1. Overview

The single-page report editor reached from Manage this report — or directly from Add report — is the Online Report Designer: Details, Tables, Fields, Filter, Sort, Sharing, Schedule and SQL sections, each editable in place with a live preview, and changes saving as you go rather than requiring a separate publish step.

2. Key Elements

• Insights → Reports → Add report (or Manage this report on an existing one) opens the designer
• "The report's tables, columns, filter, sort, sharing and schedule. Changes save as you go."
• An SQL section exposes the report's underlying query directly — a capability beyond what the original wizard-based designer offered
• This same designer is also listed as a licensed "System Feature" on Initial Setup: "Online Report Designer"
