Copy a Purchase Order

1. Overview

As with contracts, a purchase order can seed a new record instead of starting from a blank wizard. The Actions menu's Create New Record option, under Record Actions, opens further choices for starting a new record from the current PO, carrying its data forward.

2. Key Elements

• Actions → Create New Record (Record Actions group) on an existing PO
• Starting from an existing PO avoids retyping shared vendor, terms, or line-item data
