1. Overview

A contract's own record surfaces its purchase-order activity in two places: a Purchase Orders subtable entry on the Subtables tab, and a PO / Spend Against Budget summary on the Linked Records tab reporting the total purchase-order amount against the contract's budget, the remaining balance, and both used and remaining as percentages.

2. Key Elements

• Subtables tab → Purchase Orders lists POs tied to the contract, with a row count
• Linked Records tab → PO / Spend Against Budget widget totals PO spend against budget
• That widget reports amount used and amount remaining, in dollars and as percentages
