Activating Your Bold Desk Account

To get to Bold Desk for the first time please log into the Support Center. The link will show in the yellow box. Click on this link to get to the Bold Desk Sign In page.

Click the “Forgot Password?” link to the bottom of the Sign In page

Next you will be taken to the “Forgot Password” page. Type in your Email that the Requester uses with the Support Center and click the “Submit” button.

Once “SUBMIT” button this page appears below. If the user doesn’t receive the email, click the “Click here” link

The user will receive the email below to reset their password. The user will then click on the “Reset Password” link

On the Reset Password page, the user will type in their New Password twice and click the “SUBMIT” button

The user then will be taken to the BoldDesk Log In screen
