RESOLUTION: Unable to move documents with Apostrophe in Title

Clients had experienced errors when moving documents signed through the Adobe Sign Process with an apostrophe in their title into new folders. Updates and a fix were applied and now file titles should be able to handle apostrophes and other special characters, and files should be able to be moved as expected.
