Note: Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

1. Overview

Running any saved ad-hoc report opens the same results page used for every report: a Table/Chart toggle, optional Group by, Export, and a capped row display (1,000 to 100,000 rows) with a note when more rows exist, paginated beneath the results grid.

2. Key Elements

• Run on any report row in the Reports list opens straight into its results
• "Showing the first 5,000 rows — there are more" appears when a report's true row count exceeds the selected display cap
• Table and Chart views draw from the same underlying result set and respect the same Group by, Filter and Sort settings configured at design time
