1. Overview

Beyond the full report designer reached from the Reports hub, a shorter ad-hoc reporting flow is available directly from a record list — building a quick report (fields, filters, sort, sharing, schedule) scoped to whatever list you're already viewing, without a separate table-selection step since the list itself defines the table.

2. Key Elements

• A quick ad-hoc report starts from the list you're already on, skipping the Tables step of the full report designer
• It still ends at Fields, Filter, Sort, Sharing and Schedule steps, the same underlying report configuration used by the full designer
• The result is run and viewed the same way as any other report, including exporting or scheduling it for email delivery
