1. Overview

The same Rating & Score Card Summary on a company's Ratings & Surveys tab is where multiple ratings against that vendor are reviewed together, distinct from any single rating tied to one contract — giving a rolled-up view of a vendor's overall scorecard across every contract or engagement it has been rated on.
