ENHANCEMENT: New Process Owner View on My Assignments for Approval and Signature Processes

The My Assignments page now includes a Process owner view, alongside Assigned to me and Assigned to my groups. This view gives standard users a single list of the approval and signature processes they started or are on the notify list for, in addition to the assignments that need their own action. Every step of those processes is listed, including steps assigned to other people, while processes the user has no part in do not appear.
On steps that belong to someone else, the Review & approve and Sign now buttons are shown as unavailable, with an explanation on hover. The view works with the existing Process status, My approval, and Outstanding only filters and the search box, and the page reopens on the Process owner view after a reload. The Open the record icon now works on approval rows in every view.
