Enhancements:
- VISDOM Preloading for Faster Document Processing - Drag & drop Word/PDF files to process in the background while you continue working.
- Streamlined VISDOM Add Screen (Save Options + Faster Reloads) - A new split Save button offers “Save and Continue” (back to Queue) or “Save and Continue to Detail.” Failed saves now reload quickly without unnecessary re-evaluation, and overall page load and responsiveness are improved.
- Modernized File Upload Experience - Dragging a file now opens a modal instead of auto-uploading, so you can confirm and add required details before upload.
- VISDOM Tools Now Available Inside the Collaborative Online Document Editor - This update delivers a more intelligent, helpful, and consistent editing experience—similar to what users enjoy today in the VISDOM Add‑In and the Word Plugin
- Joint Document Process Management (Collaboration Tools) - New pages let users see their active/expired collaboration sessions, and let admins view all processes, manage collaborators, review audit logs, and track expiration.
- Configurable VISDOM Field Limit - Admins can configure the VISDOM Basic drag-and-drop field limit (default 100) to fit special use cases, with the default safeguarding performance.

- Cleaner E‑Signature Rendering & Improved Mergeable Clause Controls - Signing reason and date now appear on the Completion Certificate (not on the visual signature), preventing overlap. Admins can also show/hide content control options for mergeable clauses.

- Restored Ability to Customize the VCG Menu - Clients can again choose a dynamic (customizable) or static menu layout via a new configuration setting.
- Improved Subtable Editing Experience - Clearer required-field behavior, tooltips, streamlined toolbar actions, improved dropdowns, enhanced Add Bulk, and optional subtable record deletion for Gateway company admins.
- New “Linked Request Records” Subtable - Core Request records can display related Requests from the Gateway for improved visibility into relationships and history.
