Document Collaboration Gateway E-Approvals & E-Signatures: Document Notifications & E-Mail Alerts for E-Approvals
An email with Invitation to in the subject line is sent to the participant(s). It is the email from which action is required. The participant(s) sees that they have been invited to E-Approve or E-Sign and, by clicking the link at the bottom of the email, is taken to the Document Collaboration Portal. 
If the process requires a Secure PIN, each participant is required to provide or create one. If, however, the process was created for a Direct URL Link, no authentication is required.
