IntelliApprove Overview

The Document Authoring Module with Contract Insight also offers another way of electronically signing documents. This is our IntelliApprove Process. This process does not require setting up Approval Groups the way the E-Approval Process does. In the following pages, we will look at managing and processing CobbleStone® IntelliApprove.

Note: When creating a document template, specify if the document created from the template is allowed to be IntelliApproved. This step takes place when Managing the Document Template to be merged.
