RESOLUTION: Calendar Icon and Formatting in Field Groups After Subtable Update

We resolved an issue where the calendar icon in date fields within field groups disappeared after adding an entry to a subtable. In some cases, clicking the area where the icon should be displayed an incorrectly formatted calendar.
This has been updated to resolve conflicts with back-end theme designs and the calendar icon now remains visible and properly formatted after subtable updates.
RESOLUTION: Bulk Add Entries Not Displaying Immediately in Subtables

We resolved an issue where entries added using the Add Bulk feature in subtables did not appear until the page was manually refreshed. This caused confusion and interrupted workflow.
The system now automatically refreshes the subtable grid when the Bulk Add window is closed. This ensures that newly added entries display immediately without requiring a page reload.
RESOLUTION: Date Fields Restricted Dates Past Year 3,000

On older systems set up before 2017, Requests and Contracts were originally configured to share the same Contract Type IDs. Although this practice was discontinued, many historic environments still contained legacy data that could cause inconsistencies.
We’ve implemented a fix to clean up and properly separate Contract Type IDs for Requests and Contracts in these older systems. This ensures accurate data handling and improves overall system reliability.

In many systems, user-defined dropdown fields for Risk Compliance Control were configured to display lists of Employees or Vendors. However, these fields were stored as text (varchar) instead of numeric IDs, which could lead to inconsistencies and errors in data handling.
We’ve updated the handling of these fields to ensure proper functionality and compatibility, even when the underlying data type is varchar. This improvement enhances stability and accuracy for Risk Compliance Control processes.
RESOLUTION: Save/Cancel Blocked by Calculated Text Box with HTML

We resolved an issue where field groups containing a calculated text box with HTML content were preventing Save and Cancel actions. This caused interruptions when editing field groups.
The system now properly handles HTML in calculated text boxes, allowing users to save or cancel changes without errors.

Users were unable to save or cancel Field Groups when a multi-select field was left empty. This happened because the system incorrectly treated an empty selection as an invalid value.
Field Groups can now be saved or canceled as expected, even when no options are selected in a multi-select field.

We’ve fixed an issue where the “View Files in Queue” link did not appear when hovering over the Drop Files Here area in the header on certain screens. This affected all Record Details screens and the Record Details Tab Setup page (Manage > Setup > Application Configuration > Record Details Tab Setup). The link now displays correctly, making it easier to access and manage queued files.
