RESOLUTION:  VISDOM+ Usage Information Display

We resolved an issue where the Usage Dashboard for VISDOM+ features was not displaying the correct usage percentage. Although chatbot functionality was working, the dashboard continued to show 0% usage, causing confusion for users.

The configuration for VISDOM+ usage tracking has been corrected. The dashboard now accurately reflects your monthly word usage and percentage as you interact with the chatbot. Additional safeguards have been implemented to prevent this issue from recurring.

RESOLUTION:  HTML Tags Displayed in Validation Message During Drag-and-Drop Upload

We resolved an issue where, when attempting to save a record without completing a required field after dragging a document into the Drag and Drop box, the validation message displayed an HTML translation tag instead of rendering properly.

HTML syntax errors have been corrected to ensure validation messages display cleanly and clearly, without unnecessary tags.
