Hotfix 22.3.1 Rev 241119 - Module: Vendor/Client Collaboration Gateway

RESOLUTION:  Request Details changes on Vendor/Client Gateway not taking effect until refresh

Users were not seeing updates to a Request record on the Vendor/Client Gateway until the record was manually refreshed. This has been resolved so when a user edits the record it will refresh and show the updated record.
