ENHANCEMENT:  Field Group Selection/Creation

The Field Group dropdown has been enhanced to a filterable drop down that shows a list of existing field groups. This function has been added to the Field Group dropdown found in the Field Manager and the VISDOM Field Recommendations page. Additionally, a user can create a new field group by typing in a new field group name in the dropdown and continue with either creating or editing the field.

How will this affect users?

Users with permission to manage fields will find it easier to add a field to an existing field group, while maintaining the same ease of creating field groups.

RESOLUTION:  Conditional Fields not working as expected with mapped fields

When Conditional Fields were mapped from Request to Contract records, the fields were unexpectedly showing on a Contract Add page although the conditions were not met and the fields were mapped correctly. A fix was applied and conditional fields that do not meet the the requirements will no longer show on the Add or Details page when creating a Contract Record from a Request Record using mapped fields.

Users were no longer able to enter special characters within Field Groups. This has been resolved so that special characters, except for > and <, can be used in Field Groups. Note that the following 2 characters are not allowed: > and <

Users were unable to enter special characters in Field Display names. While this is not recommended, the ability use special characters in Field Display Name has been restored. Note that the following 3 characters are not allowed: > and < and '

RESOLUTION: Task Approval button not showing

Clients had noticed that non-admin users were unable to see the Task Actions dropdown on the Tasks Grid. A fix was applied and all users that are permissioned to take task actions for the relevant tasks should be able to see the dropdown.

RESOLUTION: Unable to edit records when top menu enabled

When the Top Menu configuration was set to True users were unable to edit records. This has been resolved so if the Top Menu is enabled users can edit records within the system. This should also correct alignment issues users had noticed with the Files/Attachment table and some other areas.
