Contract Insight supports the ability to view the Schema of the system. A schema is a road map of how everything is connected in the system.
Note:
This is only accessible by System Administrator users within the system
1. From the main menu, select Manage/Setup > Field Manager > Schema Explorer (Main Menu item locations may differ due to system configuration)
2. From the Schema Explorer, select the Area/Table from the dropdown list at the top of the page to view the Fields, Lookup Fields, Sub Tables, and Parent Tables
The Area/Table selected provides a list of all data available through the API
Columns/Fields – describes the field and its representation in ContractInsight application and displays associated constraints.
Foreign Keys (Lookup Fields) – shows all foreign key constraints and linked tables
Sub Tables/Areas – provides information on sub tables/areas associated with the selected entity
Parent Tables/Areas – provides information on parent tables/areas associated with the selected entity
