**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

**See it as a diagram**, on a workflow's Overview tab, opens its **Workflow Flow** — a node graph (**Object**: Contract Details, in the example) showing the workflow as a grey box, its **task** as a blue **TASK** ellipse, and each possible outcome as a green (field update, complete) or red (field update, reject) box, with a dropdown to switch which workflow is shown, zoom/**Fit**/**Arrange**/**Snap** controls, and **PNG**/**SVG** export.

# 2. Key Elements

- Workflow → Overview → **See it as a diagram** opens **Workflow Flow** at admin/workflows/{id}/flow
- Legend: Workflow (active/inactive), **Criteria**, **Task**, Field update (complete/reject), **Next step** (solid line) vs **Possible next step** (dashed line)
- A workflow dropdown at the top switches which workflow's flow is displayed without leaving the diagram
- **PNG** and **SVG** export buttons, alongside zoom, **Fit**, **Arrange**, and **Snap** controls, let the diagram be captured or tidied
