**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

No dedicated workflow-run audit log was found as a standalone screen; the closest equivalent on a record is its **Status history** panel — "**History**" and "**Time in status**" views tracking every status change and how long the record dwelled in each, which is what a chain of workflow-driven field updates (as in Field Update on Complete/Reject) actually produces over time.

# 2. Key Elements

- No standalone "workflow run **history**" log screen was found under Administration in this environment
- A record's **Status history** panel (**History** / **Time in status** views) is the closest record-level trace of workflow-driven status changes
- **Record Created** and each subsequent status change are timestamped and attributed to the employee who made them
- The **Workflow Flow** diagram shows the possible chain of status changes going forward, rather than a historical log of what already happened
