**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

Running any saved ad-hoc report opens the same results page used for every report: a **Table**/**Chart** toggle, optional **Group by**, Export, and a capped row display (1,000 to 100,000 rows) with a note when more rows exist, paginated beneath the results grid.

# 2. Key Elements

- **Run** on any report row in the Reports list opens straight into its results
- "Showing the first 5,000 rows — there are more" appears when a report's true row count exceeds the selected display cap
- **Table** and **Chart** views draw from the same underlying result set and respect the same **Group by**, Filter and Sort settings configured at design time
