# View Contract Record & Attachments from Search

### **View Contract Record & Attachments from Search**

**Quick Search: View a Contract Record from Search** To view a Record's **Contract Details** screen from the Quick Search search results list, click **View** for the Contract line item.

![Contract Details displayed](https://cdn.document360.io/e3626857-1fb5-4e27-b278-2d3fc5508be4/Images/Documentation/1(357).png) **View a Record's Files/Attachments from the Search Results List:** Once you have performed a search on the **Quick Searches** screen, you are able to quickly view a Contract Record's Files/Attachments that have been attached/linked to the record. Click the ► caret to the left **View** link for the Contract Record line item for which to expand a list of the Files/Attachments. ![Click Caret to expand Files/Attachments](https://cdn.document360.io/e3626857-1fb5-4e27-b278-2d3fc5508be4/Images/Documentation/3(103).png) To view a file/attachment in the list, click the File Name and select to **Open** the file or **Save** the file.
