ENHANCEMENT:  Added a Notification Updates Checkbox Field to Workflow and One-Off Tasks

When creating a Workflow or One Off task users can select to receive notification updates for a Workflow. Upon checking this and submitting the workflow, once a user updates the task status an email is sent to all parties associated with the task. This can be; Roles or Groups, Additional Employees, Employee Assigned to the Task, and Alternate Email.

How will this affect users?
It can be easier to understand where a workflow process is at.


ENHANCEMENT:  Hover Over "Drop Files Here" Gives Option to go to the My Files Queue

Hovering over the Drop Files Here Box on the top blue bar now shows a tooltip with a link that will take the user to their File Queue.

How will this affect users?
Users now have another quick way to get to their file queue.

ENHANCEMENT:  Surveys - Improvement in uploading questions into the Question Bank

The process of adding questions to the question bank has received a UI/UX redesign. In addition to visual improvements, it is now possible to add multiple questions by clicking the new Save and Continue button to add questions. The window will remain open and a new question will be allowed to be added until the user closes the window or clicks Save and Exit.

How will this affect users?
It will be easier for users to add multiple questions onto Surveys they are making.

ENHANCEMENT:  Dynamic Workflow Action Button

The Task grid on records has been redesigned to replace show on grid statuses with one Task Actions button that contains a dropdown with all statuses marked Show on Grid. Workflows and One-Off Tasks have a Show on Grid multiselect field that lets users control which statuses will appear in the Task Actions dropdown.

How will this affect users?
The Task Grid should be cleaner and easier to use.

ENHANCEMENT:  Hyperlink Field Improvement

Hyperlink fields have been modified to cut off with an ellipses on the details field if they are too long in order to not extend into the space of another field. Clicking on a link that displays this way will still lead to the correct link address.

Records with long hyperlinks will be more legible for users

ENHANCEMENT:  Update Bulk Tools to account for Legal Hold

The Data Import Manager, Bulk Update, and Mass Transfer Contract tools now take legal hold into account and will not update records on legal holds. New tooltips have been added to alert the user.

RESOLUTION:  Field Masks Require Full Character Use Makes Field Act as Required Field

[User had noted that making a field that uses a field mask that requires full character use would make the field act as a required field. A fix was applied and now if a field that uses a field mask that requires full character use is left blank, it will not act as a required field on record edit or add.


RESOLUTION:  Wizard Add not working on mobile

Users had been unable to add records that used a wizard adding format when using our mobile app. A fix was applied and records can be added as expected.

RESOLUTION:  Workflow Merging Too Many Templates

Users were experiencing duplicate Document Template uploads when triggering a Workflow. This has been adjusted to hopefully reduce the potential for duplicates when updating records.

When viewing the Rating & Score Card Summary on a Vendor record, users were unable to see the graphic updated with each rating of the Counterparty. This has been resolved so you can now see the updates being made to the Scorecard Summary.

A client reported into an issue where the Completed Survey Information section would display an information. The issue has been resolved and now the Completed Survey Information section displays the Survey Title, Due Date, Contract ID, Contract Title, Vendor Name and the Section Name.

When exporting the calendar in the .vcs format users were receiving a connection refused message. This has been resolved so users can download their exported calendars using the .vcs format.

When Quick Search was not configured users were unable to search for IDs of records. In addition to this the sorting of the grid was making it harder to find the information the user was looking for. This has been adjusted so the page sorts by ID and if the Quick Search page is not configured it will still be able to search for IDs.

RESOLUTION:  Record Inaccessible After Deleting Root Folder

When creating a subfolder from a parent folder users were able to delete the parent folder. This caused the record to have issues. We have resolved this concern so parent folders with a subfolder can no longer be deleted.

VISDOM Basic was not showing the similar clauses within the Clause view tab. This has been resolved so now you can view similar clauses after processing a document through VISDOM Basic.

Previously navigating to a record with emails on a Zoom 80% or less would cause the Email preview to go to the bottom of the email table under the select email area. A fix was applied and the email previews behave as expected.

There was a view column for Item Count of Contract Details subtable off of Vendors/Customers through a Legacy Report. This was causing users to click the link and be taken to the incorrect records. This View link has been removed as it was not intended to be there.

When checking the logs of a script not yet processed this was resulting in an error. This has been resolved so even scripts not processed will still show logs even if nothing is populated.

After updating to SendGrid, the contact or employee name associated with Emails was removed when choosing from different email addresses in the system. Emailing from the system will now include the contact/employee name along with the email, and a tooltip has been added to the To, CC, and BCC fields.

Conditional Fields would break when a record was created through another record with field mapping. Now  Conditional Fields work correctly on initial add when records are created from other records with field mapping.

RESOLUTION:  Email Thread Attachment files missing Date / time listed

Email Thread Attachments previously did not show Date/ time for files when as  it was in previous version of Emailer. Now  the Attachment files shows the Correct  Date/time  next to the file attachments when in new email thread.

Some users were unable to import files from their connected Google Drives. A fix was applied and Files should be able to be imported from Google Drive as expected.

RESOLUTION:  Prevent Text Key-In on Date & Date/Time Fields

A config setting has been added in the General System config group. Setting "Allow Text Key-In for Date Fields" to false prevents users from typing anything into Date or Date/Time fields. If this setting is false, Dates or Date/Times can only be selected using the date picker tool on the field.

RESOLUTION:  Missing centralized audit function for user record view actions

View actions were not showing in auditing for main area records outside of contracts and vendor. It has been extended to those records and the VCG.
