# Patch 22.3.1 - Module: Document Collaboration & E-Signature

Optional Add-On Module for the collaboration of documents between internal and external users/participants. This module utilizes E-Approval (Electronic Approval) and/or E-Signature (Electronic Signature) processing to support full online negotiation via a secure online portal.

**DOCUMENT COLLABORATION & E-SIGNATURE** **RESOLUTIONS**

**RESOLUTION:** **Wet Signature Selection Upload Option** *Reference #: *240927*.386.6108*

When performing a Wet Signature process there was no option to Upload and Download files. This has been restored and users will be able to Upload and Download files.

**RESOLUTION:** **E-Signature Process Comments** *Reference #: *240927*.345.6082*

When clicking the View Only link for a Signature Process on the Process Dashboard, users were unable to add comments. This has been addressed so users can add comments via the View Only mode.

**RESOLUTION:** **IntelliSign Config Setting not affecting IntelliSign Now option** *Reference #: *240927*.1203.6529*

When IntelliSign was disabled by configuration setting this was not taking effect for IntelliSign Now in the Document Toolbox. This has been resolved so IntelliSign Now is disabled when IntelliSign is disabled.
