# Update 22.3.0 - Connector: Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication

Optional Add-On Connector that provides your organization with the ability to use a third-party identity provider (such as ADFS, Ping, or other SAML 2.0 compliant providers) for a single sign-on authentication into your Contract Insight application.

**SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO) AUTHENTICATION** **RESOLUTIONS**

**RESOLUTION:** **SSO Sign In for Word Add-In** ***Reference #: 240809.1093.5159***

A client ran into an issue when attempting to log into the Microsoft Word Plugin. Despite clicking Sign in with the correct URL filled in, nothing happens and the user isn't logged in. This has been resolved.

**RESOLUTION:** **MFA Does Not Work When SSO is Enabled** ***Reference #: 240809.337.5390***

A fix was applied to allow Multi Factor Authentication on the standard login page with Single Sign On and Standard Login allowed.
