**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

The same **Rating & Score Card Summary** on a company's **Ratings & Surveys** tab is where multiple ratings against that vendor are reviewed together, distinct from any single rating tied to one contract — giving a rolled-up view of a vendor's overall scorecard across every contract or engagement it has been rated on.
