1. Overview

A company record keeps its own running log of notes on its Updated Notes tab, a Notes & Comments panel in the same style used on contracts and purchase orders, for recording internal notes or system-generated messages against that company.

2. Key Elements

• Company record → Updated Notes tab → Notes & Comments
• Same note pattern (author, tag, timestamp, Revise) used on contract and PO records
