# Update 26.2.0 (Rev 261016) - Module: Purchase Order Management

#### **PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT** **RESOLUTIONS**

**RESOLUTION:** **Purchase Order Fulfill All Not Updating and Placed Order Line Items Still Editable**

Two issues with Purchase Order line items have been resolved. Using Actions > Fulfill All PO Items received the line items but did not refresh the screen, so it appeared that nothing happened. The line items, their receive buttons, and the budget summary now update immediately to show everything as received in full.

In addition, once a purchase order is marked as placed, its line items are now locked as they were in the previous version. The line item grid no longer offers New, Bulk add, Import, or Delete, and a note explains that lines cannot be added or removed because the order has been placed. Receiving against lines, opening a line, and exporting continue to work, and the lock appears immediately after an order is saved as placed. Orders that are not placed are unchanged, and the lock does not apply when the classic purchase order screen setting is turned on.
