- Clause Playbooks - Adds centralized playbooks that combine approved clauses, negotiation guidance, and business justification, enabling faster, more consistent contract reviews across VISDOM and the Word Add‑In.
- Automated Obligation Detection & Task Creation (VISDOM) - Automatically identifies obligations in documents and converts them into trackable obligations, tasks, and updates, supported by a new Obligation Type Manager for admin control.
