**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

A workflow's **Tasks** tab lists every task it's configured to create, in the order they appear on the record, each with its own **Actions** (**Edit**, a chain-link icon for next-workflow linkage, and delete), a numeric #, task name with an **AUTOMATIC** tag, **Assigned To**, **Due**, **Reminder**, and **When Answered** columns; **Add task** appends another task to the same workflow.

# 2. Key Elements

- **Tasks** tab columns: **Actions**, #, Task, **Assigned To**, **Due**, **Reminder**, **When Answered**
- **AUTOMATIC** tags a task as one the workflow creates on its own, versus a manually added one-off task
- **Due** is expressed relative to a field, e.g. "3 days after Date Updated"; **Reminder** similarly ("3 days before")
- **Add task**, at the bottom of the list, creates another task under the same workflow
