# Sorting and Filtering the Contract Request List Screens

### **Sorting & Filtering the Contract Request List Screens**

**Searching Contract Requests: Sorting & Filtering** The **Pending Contract Requests** and **Review Contract Requests** screens can be sorted, filtered, and have the columns displayed customized. **Sorting the Contract Request List Screen (Pending Contract Requests & Review Contract Requests)** To Sort the **Contract Request List** screen, click the **Column Name** by which to sort.

- Click once to sort ascending
- Click a second time to sort descending
- Click a third time to remove the sort order

**Filtering the Contract Request List Screen (Pending Contract Requests & Review Contract Requests)** To apply a filter to the **Contract Request List** screen, enter a keyword(s) into the text box below the column name to filter by. Once you have entered the keyword(s), click the **Filter** icon and select how you would like to filter the list based on the keyword(s) entered.
