End User General Information › General Navigation in Contract Insight › Search Results* **Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments. # 1. Overview The **Search results** page organizes matches into an All tab and per-record-type tabs (Contracts, Customers, Requests, Solicitations, Purchase Orders), each labeled with a live count and individually collapsible; a **Collapse all** control folds every section at once. Each area's grid is a full dynamic results table: column headers carry **Filter Icon** buttons and support click-to-sort, a **Source** column marks whether a match came from record data (RECORD) or an attached file (a file-count badge), and row-level actions — **Manage**, **Preview**, and **Attachments** — let a user act on a result without leaving the page. An Export control and a "Choose which columns this list shows" control sit above each area's grid. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3626857-1fb5-4e27-b278-2d3fc5508be4/Images/Documentation/image-1789485848408.png) # 2.
