# Patch 22.4.1 - VISDOM+

Optional Add-On license that takes VISDOM, our powerful artificial intelligence (AI) backed by machine learning, to the next level with generative AI and other helpful functionality by harnessing OpenAI.

#### **ENHANCEMENT:** **VISDOM+ Usage Dashboard** *Reference #: 250307.1222.6436*

A new VISDOM+ Usage Dashboard has been created to enable users to review their VISDOM+ usage statistics.

On this new dashboard, users will be able to:

- see total words used

- track the licensed number of words and current percentage used

The VISDOM+ Usage dashboard can be accessed by going to:

- Manage/Setup > VISDOM Configuration
- From the side menu, select VISDOM+ Usage under the Reports and Summaries menu

*How will this affect users?* Users with access will be able to monitor monthly/daily VISDOM+ usage by total or individual users.

**VISDOM+** **RESOLUTIONS**

**RESOLUTION:** **Update with VISDOM while using VISDOM+** *Reference #: 250307.1092.8071* When using VISDOM+, users were receiving an application issue message when choosing the Update with VISDOM menu option on a Record then selecting Update with VISDOM Basic on the side menu. This has been updated so the record can be updated with VISDOM Basic from the Update with VISDOM+ IntelliXtract screen.
