ENHANCEMENT:  VISDOM+ Usage Dashboard

A new VISDOM+ Usage Dashboard has been created to enable users to review their VISDOM+ usage statistics.

On this new dashboard, users will be able to:

• see total words used
  • 
• track the licensed number of words and current percentage used
  • 
• view usage by employee
  • 
  • 
• configure usage alerts based on % of words used in the month
  • 

The VISDOM+ Usage dashboard can be accessed by going to: 

• Manage/Setup > VISDOM Configuration 
• From the side menu, select VISDOM+ Usage under the Reports and Summaries menu
  • 

How will this affect users?
Users with access will be able to monitor monthly/daily VISDOM+ usage by total or individual users.

RESOLUTION:  Update with VISDOM while using VISDOM+

When using VISDOM+, users were receiving an application issue message when choosing the Update with VISDOM menu option on a Record then selecting Update with VISDOM Basic on the side menu. This has been updated so the record can be updated with VISDOM Basic from the Update with VISDOM+ IntelliXtract screen.
