NEW FEATURES
NEW FEATURE: E-Sign/IntelliSign - Improve Disclosure and Signature Acceptance
Reference #: 240522.345.2913
We have updated the UI and functionality of our E-Signature and IntelliSign through Document Collaboration. This will enable users to move through the placeholder signature process with fewer clicks. We have added prefill signatures which will fill a participants signature placeholder with their First and Last Name. When utilizing a placeholder type process users will have to click a Start button at the top of the page. Once clicked it will take them to the first signature and once a signature is adopted all other signatures will adopt the same signature.
Once all of them are adopted you can click Next through all of the Signature placeholders giving you a more streamlined experience when using Document Collaboration.
The Next Steps will be displayed on the side menu to show all signing actions on the document, and whether they have been completed.
Once all signing actions have been completed, users will Click Accept and Finalize to confirm they have completed the signature process.
IntelliSign Now has also received a UI update and we have enhanced signing through here. After your first signed placeholder it will default to that same Signature Type on every placeholder that is placed on the document.
How will this affect users?
Users will be able to complete signing processes with fewer clicks, in less time, with no need to hunt for placeholders.

ENHANCEMENTS
ENHANCEMENT: Signature Audit Document (IntelliSign and E-Signature) and Completion Certificate
Reference #: 240522.345.482
Upon completion of an IntelliSign or E-Signature process, users are provided with a Completion Certificate to provide better auditing details. It can be accessed through the Actions Menu on a completed process, or through the Signature Receipt button on the Signature Process Dashboard.
How will this affect users?
Auditing details are laid out in a clean, concise manner and allow clients to easily pull the audit information when its needed. Users are provided with additional auditing security.
ENHANCEMENT: E-Approval Comments window expanded
Reference #: 240522.386.22
We have expanded the Comments window for Signature and Approval processes in Contract Insight. This will allow users to see comments easier when completing their processes.

Reference #: 240522.1157.2506

RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION: Role/Group Emails Going to Deleted Users
Reference #: 240522.1092.4411
When deleting an Employee record who is still assigned to a Role/Group it will remove the user from the group. However, they will still receive emails for Document Collaboration processes. This has been resolved so deleted Employee records no longer receive notifications for Document Collaboration processes from a Group.
RESOLUTION: Enable track changes accept/reject on E-Approvals
Reference #: 240522.345.4456
When doing an E-Approval process users were unable to accept or reject Track Changes on an approval process. This has been adjusted so if Accept on Complete is set to "No". Internal Participants can still accept or reject Track Changes. If the setting is set to "Yes" on completion of the process all Track Changes will be accepted.
