# Manage E-Signatures and PIN

### **Manage E-Signatures and PIN**

**Document Collaboration Gateway Settings & Functionality: Manage E-Signatures and PIN** Users who have access to the Vendor/Client Gateway are able to manage their **PINs** and **Signatures** from the Gateway. Under the **Electronic Document** menu item (This can be renamed) select **My Approval & Signature Settings**. Users have the same three (3) options as seen in the [**Manage E-Signature & PIN**](https://wiki.cobblestonesoftware.com/docs/managing-e-signature-amp-pin) page. ![My Approval & Signature Settings](https://cdn.document360.io/e3626857-1fb5-4e27-b278-2d3fc5508be4/Images/Documentation/1(100).png) E-Processes users have to remember their PIN. The only option to **manage your pin** for external users is to reset the PIN. The user's Secure PIN will appear. If it is to be changes, click in the box and change the pin. Click **Save E-Signature** when complete.

**Note:** System administrators cannot reset PINs for users.
