This Configuration Wizard: Manage Application Data page provides a complete overview of application readiness and stored data for all the main areas of management within the Contract Insight Application. The page is broken into number sections. These numbered sections correlate to the order in which CobbleStone® Systems best practices recommended data be imported/entered into the Contract Insight Application.

Each numbered section provides further breakdown in terms of ordering the areas within each section that data should be imported/entered into. Each of these rows will provide the name of the area (ex: Departments/Divisions, Employee Accounts), as well as the number of records found for each area, and a link to "View/Manage" each area.

Number of Records

The key to working with this page is the middle column, or the Number of Records found for each area. This will help give system administrators an overview or road map to what areas of data have been imported/entered, and which areas still remain. Several areas out of the box will contain default records pertaining to the standard provided data with any Contract Insight application. Therefore, this page should not be taken as a be-all end-all but as an overview to assist with the successful importing/entering of all necessary data into the Contract Insight Application.

View/Manage Links

The View/Manage link for each area will take you directly to the page(s) to manage and edit its information.

This page should be used in combination with the Data Import Manager to help assist in the management and importing of all necessary data.
