# Layering Processes

# Layering Processes

Out of the box, VISDOM AI organizes extractions by system area (Contract Details, Employee Details, etc.). Additional extraction plans can be created for specific record types. For example, one can create a plan to extract data specifically for Master Service Agreements under the Contract Details system area.

Therefore, algorithms can differ between the base Contract Details plan and the Master Service Agreement plan. For example, in the Master Service Plan, the Extract by Marker algorithm can be used to pull the Governing Law Clause, but in the Contract Details one can use the Extract by Category algorithm.

VISDOM will default back to the configuration for the overall type of agreement if the field for the specific type of agreement is left off.

Click the **Add New button** in the upper right.

**Name**: The name of processes.

**Area**: The type of record you want VISDOM to focus on.

**Action**: Add contract with file

**Type**: The type of agreement you want VISDOM to focus on.
