Find Clauses

IntelliDraft.AI serves as a clause library tool to allow users to search for thousands of clauses, sourced mostly from public (and users) sources. Input key search terms and IntelliDraft.AI will search thousands of example clauses and return the most relevant results. Click Generate to summarize the language of the clause. 

Clause Generator

The resulting generated clause can be copied from IntelliDraft.AI. Select Generate Another Clause Variation for another version.

Artificial Intelligence Clause Bot

The Artificial Intelligence Clause Bot is used to search clauses and summarize clauses as a conversational legal bot. The tool cannot give legal advice and an attorney should be advised for all legal matters.
