# Hotfix 22.4.1 Rev 250502 - Core System: Contract Insight

**RESOLUTION:** **Request Statuses Greyed Out** *Reference #: 250502.1250.8689*

Clients had noticed that some Request Status options were greyed out after selecting a different request status. A fix was applied and request statuses should be allowed to be changed as expected.

**RESOLUTION:** **Unable to preview document after uploading using OCR** *Reference #: 250502.1806.8729*

Standard Users with a certain permission were unable to preview a document when performing Drag and Drop using VISDOM Basic. This has been resolved so the previewer displays as expected.

**RESOLUTION:** **Employee Change Password could not be reset for newly created Employees** *Reference #: 250502.337.9224*

New users were unable to reset their password when logging into their newly created accounts for the first time. A fix was applied and passwords should reset as expected.

**RESOLUTION:** **Typo on Password Reset Screen** *Reference #: 250502.1806.8769*

A typo on the Password Reset Screen has been corrected.

**RESOLUTION:** **Additional View For Ad-Hoc Reports** *Reference #: 250502.337.8930*

We have added a new view that can be used in Ad-Hoc Reports. 30 Day Employee Record Action Audit which will display events related to logins from employees. This view is also accessible via the API.

**RESOLUTION: Ad-Hoc Report on Dashboard Not Logging View Action** *Reference #: 250502.337.8609*

Ad-Hoc Report Docks on a dashboard were not logging when a user viewed the report. This has been resolved to the action is added to the the audit log.
