RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION: Fields Set to Invisible Displaying on Contract and Request Records
Reference #: 260930.1237.46925
An issue has been resolved where fields configured as Invisible in Field Management could still appear on Contract and Request records for record types that use their own custom field list. Fields set to Invisible are now properly hidden across all record types, in line with their configured visibility settings.
RESOLUTION: PDF Documents Could Not Be Opened for Editing
Reference #: 260930.1237.46940
An issue has been resolved where PDF documents could not be opened for editing, and no option was available to convert a PDF into an editable Word document. PDFs can now be opened in the online editor, including through joint document collaboration and other document editing tools, and are automatically converted back to PDF when saved. A new Convert to Word option has also been added to the document toolbox, allowing a PDF to be converted into an editable Word document directly from the record.
RESOLUTION: Permission Conditions Not Fully Enforced When Opening Records or Attachments
Reference #: 260930.1237.46980
An issue has been resolved where certain permission conditions, such as restrictions limiting a user to only their own records, were not always being applied when opening a record directly or working with its attachments. In some cases, this could allow a user to view, edit, or attach files to records outside the scope of their assigned permissions. Permission checks have been corrected so that a user's specific access conditions are properly evaluated for the record being accessed.
RESOLUTION: Multiple Reporting, Document, and Record Issues Resolved
Reference #: 260930.1237.47195
Several issues have been resolved across reporting, documents, and records:
- Date-difference conditions in Ad-Hoc Reporting now accept number ranges instead of requiring a date, making it possible to filter for something like "expiring within the next 30 days."
- Reports built from a single joined table now display all data in one row instead of being unnecessarily split into a nested view; existing reports can still be switched to the nested layout if preferred.
- Records created from a draft now retain the draft's original start date, tracked in a new field.
- Linked Contract Records on Requests now includes a Manage option and shows only the columns configured for that area, matching the experience already available on contracts.
- Sub-table records, such as tasks and other linked items, now include a link back to their parent record.
- Merged sub-tables within document templates now match the font and style of the rest of the template.
