ENHANCEMENT: New Collaboration Type Added to Document Template File Attachments

Users can now set an Collaboration Type of Internal or Gateway on individual file attachments within a Document Template, giving more control over how merged documents are shared. This field defaults to Internal and can be updated at any time before the template is merged. Once merged, the selected Collaboration Type carries over to the resulting document's attachments, including files added automatically through workflow or auto-attach processes. Note that this enhancement is not available on Document Templates for Solicitations or Employees.

An issue affecting templates with a nested table structure — one header row, one content row, and multiple placeholders — caused merging and formatting to behave unexpectedly when a single mergeable clause was applied to subtables. This was traced to a recent change in system logic that introduced conflicting behavior. The logic has been reverted to its original, expected behavior, so these templates now merge and format as they did previously.
