**RESOLUTION:** **Missing Column Values In Clause Library Affecting Sorting And Filtering** *Reference #: 260722.365.37310*

An issue has been resolved where certain columns in the Clause Library, including custom fields, were not displaying values and were not sorting or filtering correctly. The underlying data query has been updated so that all columns, including custom fields, now populate correctly. Users can expect all Clause Library columns to display, sort, and filter as expected.

**RESOLUTION:** **Error Binding Rules To Clause Library References On Mergeable Clauses With Custom Table Fields** *Reference #: 260722.1157.37338*

An issue has been resolved where adding rules to Clause Library References on a Mergeable Clause could trigger an error if fields from a user-created standalone table had been added to the clause. The query used to bind rules has been updated to recognize fields from these custom tables in addition to system-generated ones. Users can now assign rules to Clause Library References without encountering this error.

**RESOLUTION:** **Bulk Update Search Results Not Displaying Full Item Count Below 50 Records** *Reference #: 260722.365.37733*

An issue has been resolved where the item count on the Bulk Update search grid would not display when a search returned fewer than 50 records, making it difficult for users to confirm they were viewing all matching results. The page display has been updated so the item count is now always visible regardless of how many records are returned. Users can now rely on the count to confirm all matching contracts are shown in their search results.

**RESOLUTION:** **Custom Notification Templates Failing To Send When Fields Share Duplicate Display Names** *Reference #: 260722.365.26178*

An issue has been resolved where custom notification templates would fail to send if two fields had the same display name using different letter casing, causing the system to fall back to the default template instead. Duplicate display name checks have been updated to catch these matches regardless of case, and users will now see a clear message identifying any duplicated field names so they can be corrected. Custom notification templates will now send reliably in these scenarios.

**RESOLUTION:** **Vendor Quick Search Timing Out With No Results Returned** *Reference #: 260722.365.34591*

An issue where searching for Vendors in Quick Search could time out and return no results has been resolved. The underlying search process has been optimized to handle large volumes of records more efficiently, so Vendor searches now complete successfully.

**RESOLUTION:** **Hyperlink Field Displaying Unintended Link When Friendly Text Option Is Used With No URL** *Reference #: 260722.365.38045*

An issue where a hyperlink field using the Friendly Text option could display a link to the current record instead of appearing blank, even when no URL was entered, has been resolved. The field will now correctly display as blank when no URL is provided.

**RESOLUTION:** **System Dashboard Configuration Not Saving Single Column Layout Option** *Reference #: 260722.365.41753*

An issue where the System Dashboard configuration screen did not allow selecting a single-column layout when creating or managing a dashboard has been resolved. System Admins can now choose a single-column layout, and the selection will save correctly.
