DOCUMENT COLLABORATION & E-SIGNATURE
RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION:  Document Template Subtable Formatting Loss Causing Alignment and Font Changes
Reference #: 260409.1157.27996

An issue was identified where subtables in Document Templates did not retain their original formatting after a merge. In some cases, subtables that were center‑aligned in the template appeared left‑aligned in the final document, and certain font styles were not preserved when previewed in the PDF viewer.

This issue has been resolved so that subtables now retain their original alignment from the template after a document is merged. Additionally, the document previewer has been improved to better preserve formatting, including most non‑standard fonts.

RESOLUTION:  Word Document Comments Causing Merge Failures Across Contracts and Requests
Reference #: 260409.1157.28008

An issue was identified where Document Template merges could fail when Word documents contained comments. This affected merging templates across multiple areas, including Contracts and Requests, and resulted in error messages during the merge process.

The merge process has been updated to properly support Word document comments. Documents will now merge successfully while preserving any existing comments in the final output.

RESOLUTION:  Linked Field Dropdown Issue Causing Incorrect Conditional Options in Document Templates
Reference #: 260409.1157.28116

An issue was identified when configuring conditions for mergeable clauses in Document Templates that use linked or related fields. In certain cases, the system did not display the correct dropdown options for those fields when configuring Filters/Conditions, showing only high‑level category values instead of the expected Yes/No or related field options.

The rules and conditional filtering logic have been updated to consistently retrieve the correct dropdown values, whether the field is directly referenced, linked to another table, or part of a deeper relationship.

RESOLUTION:  Document Template Macros Causing Merge Errors in Counterparties
Reference #: 260409.1157.29473

An issue was identified where Document Templates in the Counterparties area failed to merge when the underlying Word document contained macros. Although these templates previously merged successfully, a recent system update caused templates with macro-enabled attachments to return an error during the merge process.

The merge process has been updated to automatically disable macros prior to merging the document. This ensures templates can merge successfully regardless of macro-related properties in the attachment.
